Ordering Process

  • Customization Requests:

 

All custom orders should be made through "Get a Quote" online form. Please provide detailed specifications for accurate fulfillment.

  • Order Confirmation:

 

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details. If there are any discrepancies, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • Order Changes:

 

Client will be contacted to begin the product design process. Once we start production we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.

Payment

  • Accepted Payment Methods:

 

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
Orders over $7500 require wire payment or other electronic transfer. You will be contacted after placing order to arrange payment.

  • International orders:

 

​International customers will be required to remit payment in CAD. 

USD pricing can be offered for larger orders.

  • Volume orders:

 

For volume pricing please enquire.

  • Payment Security:

 

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Rates:

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Delivery Time:

 

Delivery times vary based on the product ordered and your location. Standard products typically ship within 2 business days and custom order typically ship within 8 - 12 weeks. Please contact for detailed information.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of defects or errors on our part.
